How will this slight wobble affect my machine? |
= well in cnc machine ur supposed to achieve perfection, little deviations r big problems, ball screws in cnc move at high speads, any roughness on surface will wear out balls of nut, if lead screw is not in straight line it will cause more load on drive motor, will cause more vibrations, will generate more problematic heat,so it will effect life and reliability of machine |
