Need Help!- 1/2-10 lead screw question

Today I picked up my lead screws from the post office. The 3' X axis screw seems quite nice and straight and no major imperfections in the threads.
However the 2' screw is not 100% straight and there are several areas of the threads that are quite rough. I can probably fix the threads with some TLC but the wobble in the screw has me concerned.

How will this slight wobble affect my machine?

Make it wobble :-).
See if you can straighten the screw.
Or better yet. Use that as the excuse to return the screws and get 1/2-10 2 start or 1/2-8 2 start.

= well in cnc machine ur supposed to achieve perfection, little deviations r big problems, ball screws in cnc move at high speads, any roughness on surface will wear out balls of nut, if lead screw is not in straight line it will cause more load on drive motor, will cause more vibrations, will generate more problematic heat,so it will effect life and reliability of machine
