Solid state relay controlled router

I need some help setting up my SS relay controlled router. I have it so it turns on and off in mach3 but it will turn on and off about 2 times then the software switch won't work. Mach3 says "PWM set to minimum setting". I just need to turn this router(Porter Cable 892) on and off. Can anybody tell me what other things need to be set in Mach3 to make it work.
