RP set up thanks
I am not using RP for the drive system. It is a gear belt. The reason I am using a 20:1 is becaues one rev of the gear belt pulley would have given me roughly 8" of linear travel.

I had to reduce this greatly for torque and accuracy.

Very nice build and by the looks of it well worth the time invested, but you know us in the zone, we love pics & vids, helps motivate and add new ideas, we're waiting.

Not sure how to post Vid. I will look into it. Here are some additional photos of a curved satir rail I made a solid model of and then downloaded to BobCad cam. It did a super job! It will require a little finish work but it put everything in the correct location form me.

If you need some good parts and pieces let me know. I have several left over parts almost the same as what I used to make this machine. I have sold (3) machine kits from what I did not use and probably have enough for (2) or (3) more. How big of a machine are you wanting to build?
