Need Help! Newbie can't get it right!! - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

ok, I have just put together my first cnc table with G540 and keling KL23H2100-30-4B motors and KL-350-48 power supply. i am using Mach3. When i go to MDI, the motors sound and run good on all 3 axis. The problem is that when I try to run a g-code program (i.e. the road runner file that installs with mach3) I randomly get a "external e-stop requested" in mach3 AND my motors don't sound very good...almost like they are starving for power. Please help, I have enough grey hair already!!!!!

I have similar setup as you but have yet to set them up. My advice would be to post in the Gecko forum and maybe the Keling too.
