A lot of us would upload some good material if we could.
You know what they say "a picture is worth a thousand words", I say a video is 2 thousand.

Well that explains it I have been trying the upload thing for 45 minutes. Well I will try to find another way.

Ok here's the best I can do for now. The video has been compressed from 20meg to 5 so it sucks but you can still see what is going on.

Project is a heart clock yeah I know go ahead and laugh but the ladies love it! hey I didn't get my wife to agree to pay for this stuff very easy!!! Material is black walnut, router is wide open at 30k or so @ 85 IPM as fast as the double sided carpet tape will let me go without slinging it at me! The round pocket is for the clock all other pockets are stepped for stained glass which is also cut on the CNC.

very nice, looks like your keyboard eats alot of saw dust. how long did it take you to write the program??

I am CNC machinist by day so the program wasnt too difficult after you get the first perimeters done just step down and send it back.
I only used comp on the circle pocket to hold size, yeah call me hard headed!!!

Yup the keyboard and mouse was right there next to the CNC, have limited space in the home shop but the CNC has since been moved and bolted to a piece of granite plate and half way been realigned.
