| Charge Pump is an electronic circuit, the term here is used to describe the connection of a PC to a CNC controller. the circuit connects to a parallel port and monitors a pin for a frequency. If it is present it will allow the controller to move the motors. if it is not present the motors do not move. It is a safety built into a breakout board to prevent any movement of motors during start up of your CNC machine and PC and software. Once the PC has booted and the software is up and running the circuit will now let the controller move the motors |
