Does anyone know if any of the "newer" or "older" 1/2" Craftsman router collets will fit a Porter Cable or Dewalt router? I have located a quick change collet made by Craftsman that I would like to try with my PC 75192 router, or a newer Dewalt. Thanks, John |

| AFAIK, no collets are interchangeable between manufacturers. However, Sears used to sell a quick change collet for Porter Cable as well as their own routers, and may still offer it. It may be the one you're talking about.

| Yes. Its a Craftsman Quick collet. They list a 1/4" model in their online catalog. I found a 1/2" model elsewhere. I know they often re-brand other tool makers products. I think one of their current routers is a re-branded Bosch. I was just hoping I might get lucky on this. Thanks Gerry. John |
