Hi folks, My apology if this has been posted and answered before. Can't seem to find in while searching on google and this forum. I've just down up the drawing for a small 500mmx500mm MDF router and am sourcing for parts to start my build. The travel on x, y, and z are 500mm, 300mm, and 100mm approximately. Am using it mainly for PCB and some small parts. The ballscrews I saw from some vendors come with ballnuts which I'm figuring how to fix it onto the table. Do I cut out a small piece of MDF to the size of the flang and fix it on both the moving table and the ballnut? Any help or suggestion is very much appreciated. Regards, Wong |
