1: I would use 5amp, it will give you a bit of leeway. 2: Use the glass type used in cars. Start with 3amps they should be ok. Should they blow go up to the next size. 3: 20-22 gauge should be ok for everything after the controllers. 4: If I remember correctly there is no earth wire from the power supply to the controllers, only the pos & neg DC to the controllers. From the mains outlet there should be 3 core connected to the appropriate connections on the power supply. 5: Not sure what you mean. Each motor should be wired independently into its controller. 6: Ideally it should have it's own supply as the USB volts are not always sufficient. I'll check later to see if yours has. Tony

hi freff cheers m8 ummm i thought it should have 3 core from the mains to the power supplies but in the drawing it deff shows only two core from mains then from the earth of the power supplies (green wire) it shows it going to the controller case as earth?. u saying to use a 5amp fuse from the mains to the power supplies?. when i say how to wire motors i did mean seperate (one on each controller) i meant bi-poler,series,perralel?. cheers

The drawing is a bit misleading. Yes you need a 3 core cable from the mains to the power supplies. You don't need an earth from the power supplies to the controllers, besides I don’t think there is any connection on the chassis to connect to. If you decide to put all the electrics into a metal box when you finished then you can earth the box from the earth connection on the power supply. The power supplies don't draw 13amp from the mains; therefore any problems with the supplies may result in damage or worse before the fuse blows. 5amp would blow quicker. Join the motors wires in parallel. Be sure to double check that you join the correct two wires together when making up each lead for the controller. It's a simple error to make which will cause endless problems later. Hope that doesn’t sound patronising. Tony
