VXB V Bearings

I planning on using v bearings from vxb.com for my router project. Should I get the shielded or sealed bearings? Also what thickness of angle iron works good for these bearings? I am trying to decide between 3/16 and 1/4 inch angle. I want to run them on the edge like a shopbot.

I looked at those bearings and noticed that the hole diameter is only 3/16...I didnt think those would be sufficient...So I bought IMS bearings they are a little more but have a larger bolt hole. I believe I paid $12 ea. They are what Joe is using on his 4x4 if I am not mistaken....at least that is what he started with. I am using 1/8 x 3/4 angle.

Thats Great news!!! they are cheaper too!!!...I didnt see any eccentric bushings though???
