Hi, finally I think I will go for the v bearing route but not sure which one chose? http://www.euro-bearings.com/veesizes.htm ![]() EV W1 diamter is 19.56mm EV W2 diamter is 30.73mm they cost about £12-£19 each are those the cheapes option I can Buy? if I'm only use them for X and Y will be about £112 GBP or £175 + the aluminium angles which will be about £40 in so the total will be about £152-£215 at those prices make me wonder again why not go for the suppoted rail route ![]() + ![]() the suported rails diamters are 16mm Which for the x will be £130 and the the Y axis £91 total £221 |

| Hi Andycornleone Go with the supported rails the unsurpported rails will deflect between .012to .025 over a 36" length this is on the 19mm rail you have picked the 30mm rail will be less but it still will deflect. This to depends on the quality of the rail as to how much deflection you get as well
