| I think this is the right section: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/employment_opportunity/ I bet someone around you who has a CNC router would do this for you, try searching the forum for your city (assuming you're in/near one) to try to find a person local to you and send them a personal message. |

| Are CNC machines the only answer these days? I could make that part out of MDF in 3 hours or less using a table saw, saber saw, a sharp file, a pencil & a compass! What ever happened to the basic skills of hand tooling? Just my opinion! Eric

| Eric is right. That template isn't complicated enough to justify CNC unless you want bazillions of them made. For making a few of them, hand tools would easily do the job. The inside hole can be cut with a scroll saw once the lines are drawn with a pencil compass and a straight edge. If your physical limitations prevent you from making this template yourself then you are right to request help with it. CarveOne

| Basic skills are one thing, what if he doesn't have the basic tools? I agree, that with my table saw, jigsaw and good old-fashioned router, I could make them in short order. Without those basic tools it would be impossible. I'm in Oregon but I'd gladly make it for you - shipping would make it outrageous, but the part would be negligible. Gary |

| If anyone visited the site RCBenclosures.com I can hardly believe that they didn't or don't already have the ability but might be exploring a new method?. I've had a few jobs where people came to me to do something because they were trying a new method or new idea of making something. So perhaps in the past they would do it on their own b. |

| After looking at the web site I'm gonna guess that the template is to be used to cut more parts using a hand router. The final part may be thinner than 3/4" MDF, It may even be some kind of gasket material. I've built a few of my own speaker designs in the distant past and the wrap around slot bass reflex port design shown on that site looks interesting to me. I can make the template in 30 minutes if I had some scrap MDF laying around. CarveOne
