cnc4pc c11g gecko

on the c11g board I get all the lights for x and y but only 1 light for z..
I checked the voltage for the board and I get a clean 5v.
All of the e stop and limits are lit. when I power up the drives My geckos come alive and I get good motor lockup.
In mach3 it shows in jog mode that the steppers should be moving.
Not sure what to do or check.

First of all. Is you ouput led on the C11G lit? If not, try to set the charge pump jumper to disable.

If the output led is lit, and MACH showing that the axis should be moving, and you have "holding torque" on the motors. Make sure that you have a wire between the "common" port on the Gecko and the common port on your C11G. I.E If you have setup mach to ouput X-movement on pin 11, you will a connector next to it that is marked "+5v" (If I remember it right). You connect the common port on the Gecko to that one and make sure that the jumper saying +5V or common is set to common.

Hope this helps. If I undestood you right I had the exact same problem when I first wired my setup.
