I have been building my Z-axis for the past few days (pics to come soon). But there is no way to add lock-washers on the tiny bolts (Metric - M3) that hold the THK rails on. I also don't want to use lock-washers on the back plate with the 1/4" wide bolts. So, what is the best "Liquid Washer" type stuff? That is, I wan't it to hold very good, but not be so permanent I could never remove the bolts. What do you use? TIA! I'll be so happy when this Z-axis is done! |
