| Well the things I've experienced are: Increase voltage to your drivers, which in turn powers your motors allowing you to increase the speed when you tune your motors. I have keling motors and drivers and recently upgraded to 48V and went from 36ipm to 72ipm. You can change your drive assembly, i.e. lets say you have a 1 start acme lead screw, I believe if you change to a 2 start you double your speed, not positive about the specifics but I'm sure someone here will correct me. You can add pulleys or gears to your motors. Or were you asking for more of a non-evasive measure? There are quite a few options as long as your axis(s) roll smoothly without binding. |

| What program are you using to read your g code. If its mach3 then you can just up your acceleration but if you tried that and you lose steps then I'm afraid there isn't much you can do without changing things like cartierusm suggested . |
