Any advice/tips/hints/links etc re converting a rotary table to provide an additional axis (A or C). My main concern is eliminating backlash - as far as possible. That probably rules out all the cheap stuff! I'll be using a 6" to 8" diameter table, powered by servo. I guess replacing the handle with a motor is the obvious route but are there alternative methods worth considering? |
