DSP or Weihong control system

Hi all,

I intend buy CNC machine (China). Do anyone know Hefei Kaxing Digital Control Equipment of Suba equipment Co.,ltd ? They give me 2 choice betwen DSP (use USB port) or Weihong control system (use PCI card). Because it is first machine , so anyone give me advise about control system (advantage, disadvantage)?
