I'm trying to cut a coin out of aluminum or ABS plastic. I would like to keep the size of the coin to about 1 inch. I tried an engraving bit with a 20 degree angle tonight, but it left a nasty burr that needed to be sanded away. I'm only trying to cut about .015-.020 deep. The letter height at this od is about .070 tall. What bit would work best? Dan |
