I plan on building this CNC machine: http://buildyourcnc.com/default.aspx I want to pull some steppers from some old printers but need to find some first. I was wondering about making boards. I want to make this board: http://pminmo.com/discrete/discrete.htm Will this be fine for a cnc to just cut random wood and mostly flat foam for some profile rc planes? How accurate will this be? I keep reading about microstepping but is this necessary for a basic CNC? I need it too be accurate but not extremely accurate. Thanks for any help.  |
