Do any of you have an online source for small lengths of multiconductor cable to be used for AC servo connections? Specifically, I need 6 conductors, 14AWG or 16AWG, shielded. I need to make 3 cables, about 6 feet long each, so 20 feet shoudl do me. Digikey, Jameco do not seem to carry anything like this. thanks |

| http://www.mouser.com/ http://www.newark.com/ http://www.mcmaster.com/ You can try those,i'm sure mouser and newark has the cable, but not sure about the length. Not sure if Mcmaster has shielded but they sell cable by the foot. |

| If it's a high flex [cont. movement] usage then try www.Igus.com I've got several hundred [~500'] feet of the stuff in my mill.. works great and haven't had an issue w/ noise [to date anyway]. I've even got HF VFD cables running right beside my encoder and limit switch cables in my cable chains.. never been an issue.. J

| I've got a link at home to some high flex wire for servos. If I forget to post it later, PM me.
