it is my first post here , i need soe help , as u can see i know nothing about cnc , i don't even know the difference between a spindle and a servo motor (servo is better don't ask e why :0) )
so i need help from u professionals to tell me if this machine is good for the price (speed quality , etc)

And base on your order, you need automatic tool changer. According to this our engineer suggest servo motor. Because the signal of step motor is open-ring shaped, the ability to resist disturbance is weak, it will disturb the automatic tool changing system. what are you going to do with the machine?

do they have a dealer in your country?

well it is 1 machine but with different setup and options
the company is chinese so no support
i'll be 3d carving wood and marble
so what do you think

personally, i wouln't buy a machine with no dealer because the douwn time in case of any need for service.

if the price is attractive enogh may be you can talk to one of the dealers in your coutry to imporyt and servie for you.

do yo have a data sheet with motors specification and guides structure and cover?

marble makes a lot of mus and you need good covers.
