Hi, I've built a JGRO router and am using Mach 3. I'm currently testing the machine and am able to cut squares from 19mm mdf with great accuracy. When cutting a circle each cut is perfectly circular however each new cut is slightly offset from the last. This results in a stepped oval shape on one side and circular on the other. My squares are perfect but my circles are far from perfect. What can be wrong - any suggestions? |

| Make sure all of the connections between the motors and leasdscrews/ballscrews are tight. Even a little movement at the connections will be obvious as the axis reach the end of the direction move at 90 degree intervals.
