Iam trying to cut some balsa ribs for a plane project. I am was wondering if anyone could suggest the type of bit I could use on my porter cable mounted router..Iam usin a 1/4" collet. I have pre drawn the files with a .0625 offset to use a 1/8" bit. I ve cut some test ribs and they come out kinda fuzzy. thanks for the help..Jim Stidham |

| try a 1/8" downcut spiral. You can get them with 1/4" shanks from just about any router bit manufacturer.
