Hi I have fiew questions 1. I have two stepper motors that I want to use them for my new small CNC. They are from Epson C46 and their name is EM-463. I was googling alot but I've couldn't find any info about it. So can someone tell me technical information about this stepper like torque degree etc etc? 2. What is bether to use for drive? Belt or shaft with gears? I am building small CNC mostly for plotting and maby for engraving small and light materials. If I use gears I think that the CNC will get more precise but it will be much slower. I have 20 tooth gear for the motor and 150 tooth gear for the main power shaft. So if I am not wrong it is 7.5:1? Would this be to slow? thanks for the help. |
