After looking at quite a few plans I decided to start with Solsylva and bought my steppers from Xylotex. I understand the limit switches and emergency stop setup, but am having a difficult time finding anything on wiring for "home". Apparently this feature is not available directly on the xylotex board and needs to be hardwired somehow. (great!). Does anyone know a good place to start reading about building and setting up the home switches for a complete idiot. I plan on using Mach 3 if that helps. Will post pics of my machine as I build it. Appreciate the help. |

| The home switches are wired just like the limit and estop, and homing is controlled by mach3. You might want to read through the mach3 manual, even though it's a bit out of date.
