Need Help!- Ordered bearings from VXB

I tried to order 37 608ZZ bearings from VXB website but I had problems paying for them using PayPal. The website said to enter information and click on "Continue" but there is nothing for me to enter information and there's no "Continue" button. After trying to pay using PayPal twice, I created an account and paid using my credit card. I got an invoice on their website which I printed out. Am I supposed to get an E-Mail message from VXB? I paid $21.83 for 37 608ZZ bearings plus $8.39 for 3-10 day shipping.

You should get an email reply but it may be a little time before it shows up. If you had a typo in the email address or if your anti-spam software bounces it you won't see it. I received it in about 15 minutes or less if I recall correctly. If you didn't get a reply by next day you need to follow up on your order yourself.

I ordered from them also and had no problems getting the bearings...fast delivery and good communication

I got the package but six bearings were missing. I sent E-Mail message to VXB.

I sent E-Mail messages to VXB complaining about missing or stolen bearings last Thursday and yesterday. I never got any replies. Any suggestions?

A phone call will probably get faster results than email.

Use their 800 number. If you get one of those #@&^*%$# automated speech recognition answering computers, mumble something unintelligible. After a couple of those replies it will automagically switch you to a near human being of some sort (generally referred to as a service representative). They might even be able to sort it out for you.
