suggestion needed

I was looking to get dc servo brush motors 1000-oz-in ...but then i came across this ....need help converting units
seen a motor with lbs-in units,,,, dont know if it strong enough...and
how does this compair to a motor that just say 1000-oz-in peak torq.?

what are you using them for?you could always use pulleys and belts for a 3:1 ratio to help with more power,just a thought
how much are the motors?

I didnt get a price yet for them..... the confussion is most seller dont show there torque curves...they phrase Peak Torque or ...Continuous Rated Torque but dont show the curves or them stating both... Looking for a starting guide line i know i need at less 850 oz-in to 1000 oz-in motors 5x10 table. but most vendors state this as there Peak Torque ....

so if the above motor is rated at Continuous Rated Torque 7.12 lb-in x16= 113.92 oz-in

Peak Rated Torque 14.25 lb-in x16=228

the above motor does have much torque? im i right?

anyway im try to get a feel for whats typical ,for a good quality motor of this size 850-1000 oz-in... in Continuous Rated Torque
