I'm currently designing a 48"x48" table that I plan on using for cutting plywood and mdf. I've come to the realization that THK rails are going to cost me WAY more than I had hoped to spend. In the process of looking for other options, I've come across what McMaster calls "Plain-Bearing Lined Guide" (page 986). And THK-style bearings from a company called NSK. Does anyone have experience with either? Also, can someone point me to a place that sells Drylin guides? I found a thread that talked about them, but I can't seem to locate anyone in the U.S. who actually sells them. Thanks, Scott |

| Hi, ya I think http://www.igus.com/drylin.htm has drylin bearings. This link might not work so do a google search on them and you'll find it hopefully. It looks like they have some really good stuff. Hope to be of some help. |
