Need help deciding on motor & drive

I built a small CNC router the other day and am having a hard time deciding on the electronics.
My machine has an 18"X22" table, I used sealed bearings running on aluminum angle and 5/16th" grade 8 threaded rod on all three axis.
Everything moves extremely smooth and is very accurate. I built it out of partical board because I had a sheet in my shop and if I am successful with this machine I intend on building another out of aluminum.
Anyway, I have asked many, many, many people at other sites and no one wants to make any suggestions as to what type and size stepper to use.
I want to be able to engrave in aluminum and plastic, I want to make parts for the loudspeakers I build, nothing heavy duty.
Can anyone here give me an idea as to what I should look for as far as electronics and motors? I would like to get a controller that is allready assembled because I have a hard time soldering small parts. I am not wealthy so I am looking for an inexpensive kit (CHEAP) or parts that I can buy a little at a time, motors then power supply then controller,or what ever order would be best. Here is a pic of my machine and some pics of parts I would like to make with it. Thanks for any suggestions anyone can give!
Aaron

These are my suggestions:
http://www.xylotex.com/
or
http://www.kelinginc.net/index.html
I would go with somewhere around 260 - 270 oz range, One thing to keep in mind is that the higher the inductance the slower the motor will be, With the threaded rod you have used you will not get very good speeds from it, but should have plenty of power as long as the friction is not to bad

Buy me a Beer?

www.hobbycnc.com would probably be the cheapest route.

I was going to suggest hobbycnc but he said he didn't want to solder

I completely lack soldering skills as well, but I decided to go with the Linistepper driver setup.

Linistepper Drive Controller

It does require a bit of soldering, but if you use solder paste instead of solder wire, it has not been too difficult. I am still in progress, but there are lots of users out there. $ 25 / axis is hard to beat price wise.
