Bearing design Has anyone tried this type of setup. It seems to be cheap and simple. http://www.rudijanke.de/Home/Projekt..._mechanik.html

I must admit it's looks solid, but surely the bends would need to be acuarate. I'm going to use this system, when I build my machine ......next week! Easy bearing top, bottom, and each side.

If anyone wants to try that design I'm willing to supply the bent plates. I only ask for pictures and feedback. I would try it myself but with summer coming up I won't have the time. I'm a metal fabricator by trade so cutting and bending the plates is no big deal.
