I was wondering if any of you could give me some input on what brand of a router type spindle to buy. I am currently using the porter cable industrial router that spins around 21,000rpm. I need a spindle that spins around 30,000 rpms or higher and is accurate. The porter cable has a bit too much runout in it. I use alot of 1/64 carbide endmills cutting wood and plastics, but I would like something a little faster than what I have. I know there is nothing cheap, but what would you recomend for under $1000. I have looked at Kress spindles but am having a hard time finding a distributor here in the US. I would appreciate any help with this matter. Thanks in advance. Tim |
