MTC 5x10 Table Customer Service?

I went ahead and bought some plans from Machine Tool Camp for the 5x10 table. I then ordered most of the parts from MTC with the exception of steppers and electronics. My question,

Has anybody beeen building these machines lately? How have they been for delivery times and customer service?

I notice that many posts about MTC machines are kinda old and I wonder if I have done the right thing by ordering from them.

Any comments?

I have built a 4x8 Machine tool camp router. It has taken me a year to get on this forum so my post would have been current.

I receive slow but good support from Scott. I have some unresolved speratic problems with power or something.

The machine is solid and reliable.

I could use a operators manual for using the router and or software. This I am learning on my own.
