So I need to cut a few holes/circles (13/16 and 1/8) in some sheet metal with my router cnc. If it helps at all it's the exact same sheet metal used for Computer PSU's. I need to know what type of bit I can use to do this? These metal burs bad too. I have been using a drill press with a tapered bit I grabbed from Lowes that sizes it bigger in steps the deeper you drive the bit. I forget what the bits called but anyways. I have mostly small carbine bits. 1/32, 1/16 and so on. But I am thinking these have the wrong flutes. I just don’t know lol Any help would be nice. Thanks guys
