I know it looks like poop. It does work and it is pretty accurate. I also still have a lot to finish on this thing. It has a cutting area of 6 ft by 4 ft. The structure is 10 series 8020 aluminum. Will have a rotary as a forth axis. Using Mach3 as control software. I still have a long way to go. I have a lot to still learn. In the beginning I wil start with wood so ordered this chuck here for my rotary: http://www.pennstateind.com/store/csc2000c.html Faceplate that chuck will screw to and then attach to rotary: http://www.pennstateind.com/store/cf6.html Will make an adaptor for my rotary to the faceplate and use it. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attach...8&d=1183209742

Sure - over the last three days I re-did most everything. When I find the cable for my camera, I will upload pictures. It is much more sturdy and not just down on the floor anymore. Also a bit smaller. Has a cutting area a bit more than 4 ft by 3 ft now.

| Here are the pics. I built a wooden base for it all to sit on. As you can see there really isn't much to it. The picture showing the mounted z-axis from behind looks a bit tilted, it was the camera not the z-axis. I did not hold the camera straight.

| Finally have amy issues worked out. The cutting is so much smoother now. Attached is a pic of the sign I am cutting out onto balsa wood. It will be small 6 in by 12 in. Good to put on my friends desk at his place of business. The software used for rendering is VCarve Pro 4.6
