I don't know where else to post this so I am posting it here. I am trying to find bits with an 1/8 shank. I same some aoround bit the cutting part of the bit seemed way too small, they were only a couple hundreths of an inch in diameter. If you could post up a couple links to vendors who carry bits with 18"shanks for cutting wood and ossibly metal I would greatly apprecciate it. |

| try lowes dremel section for some bits , i got a 1/4 straight 1/8 shank there also the rotozip area. and look at these also. i've ordered some 1/16th bits from them and been happy with them, just got to find a good adapter now that i have gone to a bigger router. dan http://drillcity.stores.yahoo.net/routerbits1.html |

| I used a Dremel tool when I built my router. After a few test cuts, and before I even had the limit switches wired up I replaced it with a 1/4" trim router. In my opinion, the Dremel is too underpowered, even for small stuff. |
