hey guys ... i was just wondering how long a homebuilt cnc router will run..in average use,,,like for instance mach 3 has an maintenance hour meter...so for instance how long has your personal machine ran ?what size steppers are ya using? and how long before the stepper burned out ? or what type linear motion guide are you using, bearings on gas pipe,or delrin slides, ball bushings on thompson shaft ,or bronze bushings?? and how long did the slide last before you had to do some maintence? and maybe the trimmer ..how long did it last cutting before you had to replace it..i guess this is sorta a poll...but not really... |
