I arranged a MICRO adjustment screw adaptor for limit switches on a project I was working on, I'll try to explain in words (my replacement camera is being shipped to me). For each limit switch the adaptor requires 1 - Female wire to spade lug terminal connector, 1 - 4/40 screw, 2 – 4/40 nuts, glue / solder braze. Remove any plastic insulation on the connector. Open up and flatten out the `barrel' of the terminal connector (where the wire would normally be inserted). In the center of that flattened section drill a hole that the screw will just fit thru without having to thread the screw into the metal. Thread one nut onto the screw about half way down the length. Pass the screw thru the hole in the flattened `barrel' and secure with the second nut. The connector now fits onto the `Lever ` of the switch as it would normally fit the male electrical connector. The threaded end of the screw points towards the MOVING part table, carriage, etc. When you have the positioning you want, consider (silver) soldering, brazing or gluing the modified terminal connector to the lever of the switch. If you glue you might consider drilling a hole thru the connector and switch lever, glues to use would be Hot-Melt and Epoxy. Use the nuts locked against either side of the flattened section of the connector, and each other to hold the screw at it's adjustment point. As for the screws, I've found the easiest thing for me is a socket head and a 90 deg. Allen wrench. Some sort of audible continuity meter (or beeper / buzzer & battery) connected to the switches can be helpful for exact adjustment.
