| The wiring you need is almost equal to the schematic you can see at Cheap Unipolar LPT Driver, High Amperes You can take a look at the credited thread and URL too. You only need to wire the TIP1XX where the FETS are wired. Substitute the MOSFETs by the TRNs this way: Gate by Base, Drain by Collector and Source by Emitter. Add a 1K resistor between the 7414 outputs and the base of the TIP1XX. Fer |
