I recently have bought a used Alfred Jeager KS3-13/60 spindle, complete with cooling unit and frequency converter. It was a bargain and it makes me happy as a child!  It should be working but it does not want to spin at first try. Because i am not familiar with HF spindles i think i am doing something wrong. Unfortuately i have no documentation with it. Is there anybody out here with some experience on these type of spindles? A copy of a manual for the 49/A frequency converter would be great! Thanks for helping. P.S. I did not find a forum that is directly related. I am planning to use the spindle on my homebuilt router, so that is why i posted here... Last edited by zone023; 04-24-2007 at 04:16 PM.  |
