Colombo / Komo RV90 spindle info help

Hello all,
I am looking for some documentation for a RV90 Colombo / Komo spindle i acquired a month of so ago for my cnc project. The spindle is stamped Komo and as a "RV 90.2.FP1.CPE." 18,000rpm, 600hz, 480v, 4pole, 7.5hp, 10.4amps. It was a spare spindle for a Komo machine so i got it as-is no documentation etc. but had no choice for the price.

I have tried emailing the only distributer i could find in Italy to get some documentation but they have yet to respond. If anyone has any documentation mechanical, electrical, or just maintenance, or just suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

I am also trying to figure out what the two smaller wires are for on the U2 and V2 block. They come from one jacket so im assuming its a temp sensor or a hall effect sensor for a rpm reading? Any ideas?...
