| It is easier to mold carbon fiber, It is painstreak to cut. It will wear out your endmill superfast. You you cut about 5 chassis out of a highspeed steel endmill , it is gone completelyh dull.. If you cut with carbide endmill, i have done about 8 chassis and then had a really dull endmill. It os a lot easier to cnc you r mold and then lay the fiber and apoxy it!!! PLease dont be a victim and go throuh endless amounts of endmills only to find carbon fiber is extremely abrasive. Just my $0.02 |
