I see lots of cnc routers for sale with two drive motors on the X axis, who would you drive those motors? I assume you can use a three axis controller board and a Darlington array for two motors accepting the same commands is this right? WI_HUNTER_DAN |

Is there a good reason why you can't use 2 drives but tie the step and direction pins together so that they look like just one drive to the software? |

| I tested it with mach and worked but i used a 4 axis drivers, because each drive will need to be powered individually, I just jumpered the step and direction from breakout board. Joe |
