and another, this is our first CNC router and it runs at 46" oer minute, we do use 6mm lead screws but its great, and 4" Zaxis as we use it to route fuselage halves for molding takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to route one half of a fuse.

And another, we have changed the Z axis now fro maximum movement, we were surprised how accurate it truely is!

Nice!
Is that a "hot wire cutter" device in the middle of your first pic? Or am I just imagining ....
I'd like to see and read more of this aspect of your shop!

yeah we make model aircraft kits and cannot live with out it now....we used to do it by hand but..eeeuughh..just isnt repeatable enough for me...or at least im not patient enough! lol
