We have a CNC table the Y axis is driven by two Panasonic servo Minas A4 driver/motors, one on each side. The X axis has another servo motor. Right now it has overload and out of sync problem in the Y direction. We think it needs some adjustment to have both sides in parallel. We need help in regards what tool to use and what steps to take to calibrate the motion system. Thanks for your help. |
