What do you guys recommend for outboard cable connections? I want tha cables to be removable at the controll box and motor/input. I am using 6-wire unipolar stepper motors with limit and home switches. Here are some options I am looking at: - 6 Pin XLR - DIN Connector - DB9 Connector - 6 pin plastic-type electronic connector TIA |

| I'd take some connector that can be screwed to the other connector. Just take a look in some catalogue of an electronics parts supplier. I don't know any in the US but examples here in NL would be Farnell or Conrad.

| Actually the trailer idea is a good one. I found this site with relatively cheap connectors and hookup wire: http://www.etrailer.com/faq/wiring.asp http://www.etrailer.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=TEC |
