hello, this is my first post on this forum. i have been lurking around for a while now and have started to build my own cnc router. it is based off the JGRO plans but has been modified a little to suit me better. well my question is will the HOBBYCNC PRO3 axis kit work with a bipolar motor. (specifically the 495oz/in from kelinginc.net http://www.kelinginc.net/KL23H2100-30-4B.pdf ) i am on a semi tight budget so if this board will work that will help me in that department. and if anybody is interested i will be making a thread about my machine in the coming week. thanks, ~Magick_Man~ |

| No, not with 4 wire motors. The HobbyCNC needs 6 or 8 wire motors.

| well that might just be the way i go. my dad is talking about making a small mill later on. so i could give him this driver and get one that will run the 425 oz's bipolar when i have more money to spend. thanks to both of you. ~Magick_Man~ |
