cnc cutting funny

hi all just finish cnc vers 1.2 1st one was crap so rebuilt it
and it workssssssssss! well sort of
i have two problems not sure if its the g code or the mach3
1st one the machine when cutting does it in step ie move 25mm then another 25mm and so on
2nd one: when cutting the drifts from where it supposed to go on the y axis
however the home postion on the y is the same ie as it cutting a rib
on the second pass it moves apro 1mm and the firther away from 0 it gets bigger and on the 3rd pass it moves a firther mm but here the thing when it come back to 0 it is in the correct place the other axis are fine just the y axis
help me out please

got it working properly
i had a thought about it and searched through the achives
and said to myself thats just stupid
so i rebooted the computor
and hey preso everything works as its surposed to
