Im interested in his designs, but have a few questions to ask, as well as trying to get a set of plans to Australia. I would like to build a cnc router to cut styrene plastic for another project.
If anyone has any experience with these plans, or cutting styrene , please let me know...

I have bought from him and the best I can say is to save your money. Others have really liked his stuff. I have posted a review on this site of the 7th Sojourn. He was so mad that he wouldn't even let me join hiis support site for buyers..
That said I did build the 7th Sojourn and had a lot of fun with it. However the free plans available on this site result in a much more robust machine. And the plans set by Hobby CNC and also those by David Steele are much better and I have seen all the plan sets I an speacking of.
For a starter you can't go wrong the the JRGO plans that are free on this site.
I have read many others that thought Crankys stuff was pretty good. So your mileage may vary. I suspect that when you try to buy from overseas he will either ignore you, refuse to sell to you or even yell at you...
There are much better plans out there that don't requier hard to find specific items.
