Hi all I was looking at some precision acme rod. So far nook industries from MSC seems to be the best deal http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNPDFF...8362&PMCTLG=00 but I am not sure about the size. I am looking at the 1/2 in rod. they have a 1/2 -10 and a 1/2-2 does this mean 10 turns per inch and 2 turns per inch? I guess both are single start? I really wanted a 2 start 5 turn per inch rod. Anyone know where I can find this type with good precision (maybe +-.003/foot) thanks for the help Kev |

| The 1/2-2 is 1/2-10 5 start. You can get the 1/2-10 2 start from Nook directly, or Keystone from MSC.
