Hi, I'm trying to build a 4'X4' CNC router which has rack and pinion gear for X and Y axies. Do you have any idea how to build it and let me know if you have any good sources to get materials for this.

Have you tried a search for rack and pinion here on the zone? Your question is a bit vague:-)
